
Plan Administration – Employee Benefits

We will work with the client to design plans, whether the plan is a 401(k), Roth 401(k), group health plan, Flexible Savings Account (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), a Health Savings Account (HSA), or a combination thereof.
Our process for developing these plans involves meeting with the client to evaluate their objectives, obtaining an employee census, discussing IRS reporting issues, conducting product evaluation, and then estimating tax savings and plan costs. Once this information has been gathered, CFO, Inc. will begin the plan design process, obtain quotes from the insurance companies, and present recommendations to the client.
After the scope of benefits and the products has been determined, CFO, Inc. will schedule group presentations and enrollment meetings. CFO, Inc. will also meet with your employees on a one-on-one basis to discuss personal goals and objectives. A post-group presentation conference will be held with you to review responses from employees, and to identify the tax savings to you, the employer, and the employees.
