Allan W. Raish, CPA

Allan’s career spans more than 30 years of experience in the fields of accounting, finance, and operations for both the public and private sector, including positions as a CFO and as a partner in a CPA firm. He is currently specializing in income taxes and business consulting. As an expert on taxes, over the years Allan has developed and presented many seminars on estate and income tax planning.

Allan has served as an administrative executive, general manager, and director of operations in software development, design engineering, and manufacturing environments. Additionally, he has been an operations and management auditor of defense contractors, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Allan’s well-rounded background and deep understanding of finance and operations affords the ability to quickly understand different business issues, relate them to potential tax issues, and as a result, help clients to chart and direct the best course of action.

A Certified Public Accountant (California) and Certified Internal Auditor, Allan also holds a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California.
