Lance Lee, Ph.D.

 

Lance is a Harvard-trained executive consultant and enterprise developer with more than two decades of experience in helping to build successful teams and corporations. In the 1990’s, he served as president of a Silicon Valley firm providing executive coaching and corporate consultation on marketing, venture fund raising, and business development.

 

In the past five years, Lance has specialized in helping small start-up firms in early stage infrastructuring, market focus, and capital development including the acquisition of seed and first-round capital. His clients have included formational companies in the high-tech, bio-tech, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Lance has served in consulting, internal executive, and board positions within a number of these young corporations.

 

Lance obtained his doctorate in Counseling and Consulting Psychology from Harvard University, where he was recognized as both a Danforth and Woodrow Wilson Fellow, and completed his studies as a Harvard Larsen Scholar under faculty in the schools of business, psychology, and education. He holds a secondary doctorate degree in Management and Organizational Development through Columbia (Pacific) University. Lance is a summa cum laude / Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of California.
