
Insurance Services
A client must have sufficient insurance coverage under a business owner policy and, if there are employees, mandatory workers’ compensation insurance. The risk of not being properly covered if a loss occurs is far too great a risk. We will work directly with carriers to provide the most comprehensive coverage to meet your specific needs.
Should you be interested in offering health coverage (medical, dental and/or vision) for your employees on a voluntary or involuntary basis, we will work with you every step of the way to set the right plan for your company.
To enhance employee benefits, we will discuss the implementation of a Sec. 125 plan, Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) or Health Savings Plan (HSA), enroll the employees, handle the administration tasks, and comply with benefit plan legislation.
Business Insurance / Workers’ Comp
- Prepare New Client Form and forward to Pennbrook for quoting
- Review quote(s) and discuss with client
- Gather required information from client so that insurance can be placed with carrier
- Assist client with issues regarding coverage, invoicing, etc.
Small Group Dental & Health Plans
- Prepare census for new plan
- Forward census to LISI for quoting
- Review proposed plans to determine best plans for client
- Prepare employer applications and gather additional items (payroll reports, ownership documents, etc.)
- Review employee applications prior to submission
- First point of contact between client and insurance carrier
- Review carrier invoices
- Submit new applications or termination notices on behalf of client
FSA/HRA Administration
- Main contact between client and TASC
- Process all Sec. 125 contributions on the TASC website, and prepare online payments.
- Deal directly with participants with regard to their personal accounts and requests for
reimbursement
- Review contribution and plan reports for accuracy
